MAIN ROOM IN THE BASEMENT

 The following photos show the rooms in the basement.  The basement was originally designed as an In-Law Suite and features a private entrance from the garage.




The square footage of the In-Law/Roommate Suite is identical to that of the main floor, or 1,450 sq. ft.

This large room is a legal bedroom since it has two exterior door exits and includes an egress window and closet.  It is about 500 sq. ft.  The heat can be adjusted by using the electric wall heater.  Notice the oak wainscoting.  If you might by chance have a boomerang child, this is just the spot.  

Additionally, two other large rooms are available as shown below and can be used as non-conforming bedrooms, office, media room, etc.






Bathroom with shower is adjacent to the kitchen area.


 

The In-Law/Roommate Suite could be rented to one unrelated tenant or as many related individuals as you desire. 

Access to the In-Law/Roommate Suite is also available from the main living area.  This door can be locked to prevent access from and to the basement apartment.


This is an exterior exit from the basement to a cement patio area.

90% of the heat for the In-Law/Roommate Suite comes from the main furnace/heat pump.  However, a 16,382 BTU wall furnace can supplement the warmth if desired.


This is a view of the entrance to the In-Law/Roommate Suite going down the steps from the garage.  A turn to the right leads into the main room in the In-Law/Roommate Suite.  A turn to the left leads into the storage area shown below.


This is a view of a storage room located at the bottom of the steps going into the In-Law/Roommate Suite.
