Zoning is single family, which means that a family living in the house can rent to only one unrelated individual.   

The current zoning does not in any way restrict how many individuals live in the home, as long as they are categorized as a family.

A family is defined as:

  1. Related by blood
  2. Related by marriage
  3. Foster Children
  4. Adopted Children
