ZONING

Zoning is single family, which means that a family living in the house can rent to only one unrelated individual.

The current zoning does not in any way restrict how many individuals live in the home, as long as they are categorized as a family.

A family is defined as:

  1. Related by blood
  2. Related by marriage
  3. Foster Children
  4. Adopted Children
Finding a suitable home or apartment to live in has become extremely difficult because of the high costs of either owning a home or renting an apartment.

This home offers several options available to lower your housing expenses by having others share your living space:
  1. A family can occupy the main living area and rent the In-Law/Roommate Suite to one unrelated individual or any number of individuals related to them by blood or marriage.
  2. An individual can live in the In-Law/Roommate Suite and rent the main level living space to a family.
  3. A couple related by blood or marriage can live in the In-Law/Roommate Suite and rent the upper level living space to one unrelated individual or any number of individuals related to them by blood or marriage.

Yes, the Adams Family is welcome.  They are all related by blood, unfortunately...
